Why is quality control important?
To ensure that final product meets specific standards and certifications. Quality control is a procedure or set of procedures intended to ensure that a manufactured product or performed service adheres to a defined set of quality criteria or meets the requirements of the client or customer.
Any product not meeting these minimal requirements will be turned down the manufacturer.
In order to check a product quality we perform factory inspections and unit testing.
We manage shipment and control of your units even if they come from more than one manufacturer so as we can compare qualities. We sort receipt, delivery and record of samples that will facilitate future orders. We will check final product and ensure meets the established standards before is sent to the customer for the definite approval. This service will save time and costs as it saves shipment of defective units.
Factory controls
Visits and checks in factory are essential. We can check factory lines and verify quality control and the correct development of your order. Costs generated by these procedures will be charged to the customer.
Ship container controls
This service may be necessary to confirm correct packaging, right number of goods, correct manipulation and storage. Before the goods shipment we can check cargo and verify papers in order to avoid any fault. In case we identify any problem we will proceed with any necessary corrective action.
How to pay safely
International payments can be made in euro or transferable currency that can be used to transfer funds from one country to another. The aim of these methods is to cancel any debt, either from deal transactions (import/export of goods) or invisible transactions (transport expenses, commissions, investments, business trips, etc).
Foreign funds transfer can be made by any of these payment methods:
Personal check.
Banker’s draft.
Payment order.
Letter of credit (issued by a financial institution).
In practice, all these international payment methods are the same as the ones used in the national market with the only difference of the payment currency and the existing international regulation, through currency limitations or International Chamber of Commerce regulation. As a result of these transactions financial and trade documents are generated (bill of exchange, invoice, transport document, stamps, etc) in order to justify the deal agreement.
These documents are requested to the customer by national administrations in order to import goods.
